The Bridge to Independence Program is a structured transitional housing program providing safe residential housing and individualized support services. We specifically serve youth ages 18–23 aging out of foster care and young adults ages 18–24 with disabilities who are capable of semi-independent living.
Through high-quality shared housing environments and comprehensive life skills training, participants gain steady employment, develop independent living skills, and successfully transition to stable, long-term housing.

Participants receive intensive hands-on instruction in budgeting, meal preparation, household management, time management, communication skills, and daily living skills essential for autonomous success.
Staff provide direct assistance with career planning, resume development, job placement, interview preparation, and connection to educational or vocational programs to promote economic stability.
Each participant develops a structured transition plan that includes permanent housing placement strategies, community integration planning, and connection to long-term support networks.
