Angela Gray
Angela Gray is committed to supporting young adults as they transition into independent living. Through structured housing, life skills development, and individualized case management, we provide a pathway to long-term stability and independence.
Angela Gray is committed to preventing homelessness and empowering young adults by providing safe, stable housing, structured independent living support, life-skills education, and individualized guidance. We serve youth aging out of foster care and young adults with disabilities, equipping them with the tools, resources, and supportive services needed to achieve independence, long-term stability, and lifelong success. Through a compassionate, trauma-informed approach, we help each resident build a strong bridge to independence and a future filled with opportunity.
We envision a community where every young adult transitioning from foster care or young adults with documented physical, intellectual, developmental, or emotional disabilities who are transitioning into independent living has access to safe housing, supportive services, and the opportunity to build a successful independent life.
